The SND1500 is a liquid particle counter based on the light-blocking (light-shielding) method. It accurately measures particles from 1 to 600 μm across eight channels. It incorporates commonly used contamination level standards and can simultaneously measure particle number concentration and contamination level. It features data storage, printing, and calibration functions. An 8-inch large screen controls and displays the device, supporting multiple wired and wireless interfaces. Data can be transmitted in real-time to various smart terminals via a standard RS485 interface and Modbus-RTU protocol, reducing human intervention and enabling online intelligent monitoring and early warning. The precise measurement of particle size and quantity distribution in the liquid provides data support for predictive maintenance of the equipment.

Overview

The SND1500 portable liquid particle counter is designed based on the GB/T29024 (ISO21501) standard for particle size analysis, specifically the optical measurement method for single particles, Part 3: the photoresist method for liquid particle counters. It features an industrial-grade light source, a meticulously calibrated optical flow cell and pressure-resistant structure, high-precision flow control, and combines Nofon’s latest generation of particulate signal processing technology and high-precision particle recognition algorithms. This results in accurate and stable particle counting, while also being suitable for some high-temperature and high-pressure environments, meeting the high-precision measurement needs of users in various application scenarios.
