On the morning of August 19, representatives from the Shandong Particle Society visited Shandong Nova Technology Co., Ltd. ( abbr. NAVPHO ) for an in-depth exchange and discussion. The visit concluded with an official awarding ceremony, designating NAVPHO as an Executive Council Member of the Society. The company’s management and R&D teams attended the meeting.
During the discussion, the Society representatives introduced their academic resources and industry service functions in the field of particle science, emphasizing their commitment to serving as a bridge between academia and industry, promoting the integration of industry, academia, and research, and driving technological upgrades across the sector.
NAVPHO’s management expressed a warm welcome to the delegation and provided an overview of the company’s development. Founded in 2011, NAVPHO is a recognized National “Little Giant” Enterprise for Specialized, Advanced, and Innovative Technologies. The company specializes in optoelectronic detection, AI-powered imaging, and IoT big data, with over 120 granted intellectual property rights.
NAVPHO has developed a full portfolio of particle measurement solutions, including particulate matter sensors, airborne particle counters, liquid particle counters, dust concentration monitors, particle size spectrometers, and image-based particle analyzers. These are complemented by infrared temperature sensing, cooking fume monitoring, and dust alarm systems. The products serve a broad range of applications, including atmospheric environmental protection, industrial environments, cleanrooms, and the pharmaceutical and food industries, and are exported to more than 20 countries.
The two sides engaged in productive discussions on technological R&D, joint standard-setting, and talent development. NAVPHO presented its industrial needs based on practical experience, while the Society committed to matching research and expert resources to help the company overcome technical bottlenecks.
Following the talks, the Shandong Particle Society officially awarded NAVPHO the Executive Council Member plaque. This recognition reflects the industry’s confidence in the company’s technical strength and contributions. Moving forward, NAVPHO will actively fulfill its responsibilities as an Executive Council Member and work closely with the Society to promote high‑quality development in Shandong’s particle science and technology sector.
